The Orchard Park Police Department takes calls for Police, Fire and Emergency Medical Services within the Town and Village of Orchard Park.
The Town of Orchard Park Police Department is open 24/7, 365 days a year.
Fingerprinting, by appointment, is available for pistol permits, adoptions, naturalization, securities licenses, liquor licenses and numerous other reasons to all Town and Village residents at no charge.
The Orchard Park Police Department encourages our citizens to drive
responsibly, buckle their seat belts and insure that all passengers secured with
seat belts, booster or child seats.

There is an all night parking ban in effect from November 1 to April 1 on Town and Village Streets. The ban is from 12 midnight to 7:00 A.M. for the Town. This ban is strictly enforced to help facilitate snow removal.

Orchard Park Fire District Orchard Fire District is made up of three-fire companies, the Orchard Park Fire Company, Hillcrest Fire Company and the Windom Fire Company. The Board of Fire Commissioners of the Orchard Park Fire District meet every second Tuesday of the month at 8 P.M. in the Board Room located in the Orchard Park Fire Co. located at 30 School Street.
