4. Town Board to approve the appointment of Ed Leak as the Director of Recreation Parks & Forestry Department with a term ending December 31, 2022.

5. Town Board to approve the appointments of part-time 2022 staff for the Orchard Park Recreation and Parks Department.

6. Town Board to accept a donation in the amount of $21,304.96 from the Community Activity Council of Orchard Park to fund the sound system in the dining room at the Activity Center.

7. Town Board to accept the bid for the Commercial Grade AV System for the Community Activity Center from Cinema and Sound WNY.

8. Town Board to schedule a Public Hearing regarding the rezoning of SBL #172.07-1-7 for July 20, 2022 at 7:00pm to be held in the Municipal Center, 4295 South Buffalo Street.
